Tradex, a trusted financial services provider for public servants and their families, approached us to revamp their digital presence. Known for offering high-quality mutual funds and financial advice, Tradex aimed to appeal to a younger audience while remaining a valuable resource for experienced investors. Our goal was to create an engaging, user-friendly online experience and to simplify complex financial topics.

We began with thorough research to ensure the copy and design meet Tradex's brand goals. We developed personas based on interviews with the client, competitive analysis and web research. That knowledge inspired the development of buyer journeys, web architecture, wireframes as well as messaging tone and key copy points.

//Creative

We redesigned the Tradex website with a focus on creating a comfortable user experience featuring intuitive navigation, persuasive copy, and engaging visuals. Value-driven messaging was developed to communicate Tradex’s unique value propositions that reinforced their position as industry leaders. Engaging headlines and compelling calls-to-action were crafted to drive user engagement and guide visitors through their journey on the site.
